There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.
If your order is incorrect Quilter's Refuge will do everything we can to correct our mistake. Please be sure to let us know within 15 days of receipt of your order.

Shipping Policy

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal only. If you are uncomfortable giving out your information online, phone orders are welcome at (256)552-9410.

After the invoice is processed, if we are able to ship your purchase in a flat rate package it will usually take 1-3 business days for your purchase to reach you. The shipping charges are only an estimate. The actual cost will be charged at the time your order is processed. We will strive to keep your cost as low as possible by using the appropriate size flat rate box or other method. If you have a preferred method of shipping please make a note in the comments section.
Insurance may be purchased on your order at your designation and cost.
We do not ship on Saturdays or holidays. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. central time will be processed the next business day.
